My Mantra, My Body, My Knowledge, My Soul, My Longevity, My Menopause!
Dear Self,
Today I promise to prioritize my education by starting with some self-care rituals, such as winding down in a bath or shower, putting on comfy pajamas, settling into a cozy chair, and sipping on my favorite non-inflammatory beverage. I will relax my mind and embrace the wealth of knowledge that has been graciously provided to me.
As an incredible human looking out for me, as a woman, I recognize the importance of taking care of my body and have decided to educate myself about menopause. Opening the doors to receive imperative information, I have selected some foundational reads about brain health, staying ahead of disease, debunking myths about Hormone Replacement Therapy, and exploring the benefits of building strength. These books will also help facilitate discussions about sex and the changes that come with menopause.
I recommend adding these insightful reads about our ever-changing bodies and menopause to your library. Happy reading and empowering yourself with knowledge!
